Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a motivated Design Consultant to visit residential homes in the Northern Indiana Territory. This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training and a proven sales system to help homeowners choose window and door replacements.

Responsibilities include attending pre-scheduled appointments, presenting options, and guiding customers toward a same-day decision. Uncapped commissions and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all information to make a same-day decision.
• Close deals on the first visit; no project management or follow-up required.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.
