Our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days are provided.

Employees accrue paid time off each pay period, at least 40 hours per year for the first year, and 80 hours annually thereafter. Paid sick leave complies with applicable state law.

What We're Looking For...
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Experience communicating solutions to customers.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
Training Requirements

Attend and complete a two-week New Hire University (NHU) training within two weeks of starting. Online and computer-based training will also be required.
