Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests with the products that matter most. You will drive the in-store experience, meet sales goals, and participate in merchandising and operations to support a fast-paced, energetic team.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of customer service, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission.

We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.

What we're looking for...

Training Requirements

• All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date.
• This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
• Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
