Job summary

Victra, Verizon's authorized retailer, is seeking part-time Retail Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. You will connect guests to technology, explain benefits, and help them find solutions in a fast-paced store environment.

Join a team that values performance, collaboration, and integrity. You will be trained, earn commissions, and have opportunities for advancement while helping customers get the most from their devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.
Employees in some states, as required by their state's law, will accrue and may roll-over sick time.

What We're Looking For...

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.

• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
