Job summary

Vinart Dealerships in Emmaus, PA is seeking a New Vehicle Salesperson to drive sales of new vehicles, meeting gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction goals. The role requires presenting a professional appearance and delivering outstanding service throughout the sales process.

You will follow up on sales leads, demonstrate features, and negotiate with Sales and Finance to optimize pricing, discounts, and trade-ins. Completing all paperwork and ensuring proper vehicle hand-off are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout all steps of the sales process - every interaction counts!
• Follow up on sales leads generated by the BDC
• Explain and demonstrate features either in the showroom, lot or on test drives
• Work with Sales and Finance Managers to negotiate sales price, trade-in allowance, any available discounts, etc.
• Completes all required paperwork
• Delivers the automobile and explains all the features to the customer
• Attends Meetings and Training sessions as required.

Pay: Weekly draw + commission. Total avg $50-120K a year.
