Job summary

Mossy Nissan Escondido is seeking energetic sales professionals to join our fast-paced Business Development Center. You’ll handle inquiries, present new vehicles, and schedule daily appointments, acting as the link between buyers and their future vehicle.

Earn a base hourly wage of $18–$20 plus commissions, with average annual commissions of about $50k–$55k, delivering strong earning potential in a dynamic automotive sales environment.

Responsibilities

Do you love working with new technologies and innovative products? We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Business Development Center. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.

In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. Handling all incoming phone and internet leads, contacting the clients and through superb product knowledge and customer handling skills, will schedule daily appointments. Upon arrival the coordinator will meet & greet the client, then escort and introduce client to a representative in the sales department.

Employees in this position will paid a base hourly wage ranging from $18/hour up to $20.00/hour. However, additionally they will be paid commissions and/or bonuses, which vary based on performance, with the expected average annual commission earnings of approx. $50,000 to $55,000

Responsibilities

• Establishing daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals, prioritizing and organizing work and productive results, and utilizing time effectively.
• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology and aftermarket products and services.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations; complying with all company, DMV, state and federal requirements.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
• Efficiently closing sales to attain optimal gross profit; properly computing financial aspects of sales transactions.
• Consistently follow up after sales to assure client satisfaction and opportunity for additional sales and more return purchase.
