Job summary

Mossy Nissan Escondido is seeking energetic sales professionals for our fast-paced Business Development Center. You will act as the link between buyers and their future vehicle, handling incoming leads, scheduling daily appointments, and guiding customers through the dealership experience.

Base pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with commissions/bonuses, and average annual commissions are about $50k–$55k. Mossy Auto Group values integrity, teamwork, and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals, prioritizing tasks.
• Build relationships and create customers for life, guiding vehicle selection.
• Be the vehicle expert on product offerings, packages, and tech features.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations; comply with requirements.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
• Close sales efficiently to maximize gross profit.
• Follow up after sale to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Do you love working with new technologies and innovative products? We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Business Development Center. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.

In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. Handling all incoming phone and internet leads, contacting the clients and through superb product knowledge and customer handling skills, will schedule daily appointments. Upon arrival the coordinator will meet & greet the client, then escort and introduce client to a representative in the sales department.

Employees in this position will paid a base hourly wage ranging from $18/hour up to $20.00/hour. However, additionally they will be paid commissions and/or bonuses, which vary based on performance, with the expected average annual commission earnings of approx. $50,000 to $55,000
