Job summary

Kris Konstruction is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our Maryland team. You will work with warm pre-set appointments to build relationships and close deals, without cold calling.

You will earn uncapped commissions, bonuses for hitting targets, and enjoy a flexible schedule, health benefits, and ongoing training in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or business development experience.
• Experience in home improvement sales.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
