Job Requirements
  • You must be bright, outgoing, and personable with the ability to connect with customers and make them feel welcomed.
  • At least 1 year of professional customer service or sales experience is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Confidence in your ability to succeed.
  • A desire to work in a performance-based, commission environment.
  • Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
  • Demonstrate automobiles by explaining features, taking test drives, and comparing models.
  • Prospect daily for potential customers and maintain rapport with previous clients.
  • Maintain high CSI scores and follow-up systems for customer satisfaction and referrals.
  • Stay knowledgeable about inventory, features, and benefits.
  • Achieve personal goals aligned with dealership standards.
  • Overcome objections, ask for the sale, negotiate, and complete sales agreements.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Follow all company policies and demonstrate behaviors consistent with company values.
