Hyundai of Carmel in Indiana is seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Consultant who will train on the job and grow with our dealership family. You will assist customers, learn product knowledge, and help them select the right vehicle while delivering a positive, high‑quality experience.

This role offers paid training, competitive earning potential from a $45,000–$65,000 annual pay range, and opportunities for career advancement within a family‑owned automotive group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer facing roles or sales preferred.
• Ability to learn product details and explain features clearly.
• Commission or incentive-based earning potential described in ad.

Located at Hyundai of Carmel, the Entry- Level Sales Consultant position is an exciting, fast-paced opportunity with incredible growth potential. Our sales associates are the face of the dealership and help to ensure the positive customer experience we are known for.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Customer Service or Sales experience
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
