Job Summary

The primary responsibility for this role is to complete sales training and acquire the necessary skills to become a Sales Associate or Consultant. A minimum of three months of training is required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting interviews of prospects for current/future home sales, including model presentation.
• Assist any new or prospective homebuyers as needed.
• Serve as a backup to other members of the sales team as needed.
• Learn about local markets, competition, real estate laws/rules, public opinion, trends, and governmental regulations related to home buying.
• Assist with sales office administrative responsibilities as needed.

Required Education
