Job summary

Holman is seeking a Sales Consultant in San Diego to drive vehicle sales and manage related paperwork. You will greet customers, perform needs analyses, explain features, and demonstrate vehicle operation on-site or on the road.

Collaborate with Sales Managers and F&I to negotiate pricing, taxes, and incentives, while inspecting inventory and delivering vehicles with product familiarity. Strong communication and a clean driving record are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Clean driving record or minimal violations.

Compensation

This is a commission‑eligible role with an expected monthly base pay ranging from $3,000 to $10,000, with additional earnings based on individual performance.
