Steinhafels is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Professional Sales Associate. This is a commission-based role with no cap on income potential, plus a $15/hour bonus during your first 4 pay periods of training.

You’ll work with a top-quality furniture lineup and an excellent service and delivery team. We offer paid training, ESOP ownership, strong work-life balance, and a culture that celebrates long tenure and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred and customer-focused mindset.
• Comfort with computers and training on new software.
• Availability for standard retail hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Professional, you will work with customers to guide them in selecting furniture, arranging financing and setting up final delivery. You’ll need a positive attitude and great organizational skills.

Qualifications

You must be comfortable using and training on computers and be available to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends, when our customers shop the most.
