Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional at Seaside Resort in Galveston, TX to present the vacation ownership experience and tour the Sales Gallery for prospective owners.

You will attend ongoing training, participate in demonstrations, explain the points program, and advise guests on suitable point packages while delivering exceptional service to families and guests across our resort network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong professional work ethic, high energy, and positive attitude.
• Persuasive interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts a guest presentation and tour as trained at scheduled times.
• Attends training classes on an on-going basis.
• Participates in demonstration/assessment rides scheduled with Sales Managers.
• Explain features and benefits of the points program and recommend point packages.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

Conducts a guest presentation and tour as trained at scheduled times. Provides perspective owners a tour of the Sales Gallery, Resort Property and Model Tour.

Attends training classes on an on-going basis. Participates in demonstration/assessment rides that are scheduled with the Sales Managers and/or Sales Training Managers.

Explain the features and benefits of the points program and recommends the amount of points to be purchased to take care of current and future vacation needs.
