Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in Vineland, NJ is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth. You’ll use our bedMATCH system, guide customers through product choices, and handle a busy weekend and evening schedule.

Expect 40–55 hours weekly, with earnings that are the greater of hourly wage or commissions, plus bonuses and a strong 401(k) match. We offer comprehensive benefits, PTO, product discounts, and ongoing paid training in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and sell mattress products using the bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Handle a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain showroom floors (lift up to 75 pounds).
• Operate tablets and POS systems to complete transactions.
• Provide a relaxed, informative shopping experience focused on improving sleep quality.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
