Job summary

White Fence Life Partners seeks motivated individuals to build a professional sales career in the financial services industry. You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and help obtaining your life insurance license where needed.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll meet prospective clients, assess needs, and recommend life insurance solutions to protect families while building long-term client relationships. Remote work is available where licensing permits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Currently residing in the United States.
• Able to obtain and maintain a resident state Life Insurance License, or currently licensed.
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Organized with strong time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Interested in sales, business, finance, customer service, or entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually or in person.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through consistent follow-up.
• Educate individuals and families about life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's goals and needs.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Obtain and maintain the required state life insurance license if not currently licensed.
