Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of success in customer-direct sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing various online channels for sales and customer service.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver's license and a favorable driving record.

This position offers a competitive compensation package with Sales Consultant's income averaging approx. $125,000 in 2024. Ranging from $70,000 to $185,000+ per year. In addition to the base salary, this role includes a 0% commission pay scale with additional incentives based on volume and customer satisfaction.
