• Proven success and experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or a guest-facing role
• A natural communicator who listens well, builds trust quickly, and follows through

• Comfortable with technology -- CRM tools, digital communication, and online lead follow-up
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
