Swickard Auto Group is seeking experienced service technicians for our Anchorage and Mat-Su Valley locations. Join a hospitality-first automotive group representing Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC.

Flat-rate pay from $30–$55/hr with OEM training, progressive pay, and comprehensive benefits. We value solid diagnostic skills, a proven quality standard, and the ability to work across luxury, import, and domestic brands.

• 2+ years of dealership experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair vehicles across a range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond -- using OEM diagnostic platforms and manufacturer procedures
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings to service advisors to support guest authorization
• Execute repairs to factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
• Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision
• Stay current on technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership -- required
• Any brand background considered -- luxury, import, and domestic experience all valued across our portfolio
• Strong diagnostic ability and a low comeback rate
• ASE certifications a strong plus -- OEM factory certifications highly valued
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
