Job summary

Preston Auto Group in New Castle, PA is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to be the finishing touch on every sale. You’ll prep vehicles, guide customers through paperwork, and ensure new owners understand features, safety, and benefits.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in automotive sales and enjoy hands-on customer interaction. Excellent communication, a high school diploma, and 1–2 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the salesperson once a sale has been completed.
• Get the vehicle ready for delivery.
• Guide customers through the paperwork process.
• Introduce customers to dealership personnel.
• Demonstrate key vehicle features to the new owner.
• Ensure every guest receives the highest level of customer service.
