Due to growth, Long’s is seeking Luxury Timepiece Sales Professionals for our Nashua, NH location. This position is ideal for someone who excels at providing unparalleled customer experiences, celebrating life’s most special moments with our clients. Candidates must be highly motivated self-starters with an interest in horology and the ability to work with limited oversight.

Job responsibilities Include:

  • Cultivate on-going relationships with customers with a focus on return visits and future purchasing opportunities.
  • Demonstrate successful outreach to potential and existing customers through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve sales objectives by focusing on the best-possible customer experience through storytelling, personalized service, and authentic interactions with every customer.
  • Embrace continuous learning across all product lines and categories, including stones, metals, settings, brands, etc.
  • Assist with daily store opening and closing tasks, including inventory counts and set up/break down of on-floor product.

Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of experience in a luxury sales environment; prior experience selling luxury timepieces a plus.
  • Great passion for Horology and knowledge of fine, luxury timepiece brands.
  • Proven experience and approach to building and growing a client base.
  • Great way with people and an ability to communicate and keep a level head at all times.
  • Have a great work ethic, team attitude and a hands-on, roll your sleeves up approach.
