We’re looking for a passionate, design-minded Event Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and understands the importance of both beauty and logistics. You’ll be the connection point between vision and execution—helping clients, planners, and creatives bring their events to life with our distinctive collection of rental pieces.
What You'll Do:
- Curate Experiences: Guide clients through the selection process with an editorial approach—helping them create meaningful, cohesive event designs using Trend Event Collections
- Be the Expert: Gain a deep knowledge of our collection and how it can be styled across weddings, corporate events, private gatherings, and brand activations
- Deliver Hospitality-Driven Service: Offer warm, attentive support throughout the rental journey—via email, phone, and in-person showroom consultations
- Support the Showroom: Greet walk-ins, manage quick-turn rental needs, and maintain a clean, inspiring showroom environment that reflects our brand aesthetic
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with local planners, caterers, venues, and repeat clients to drive brand loyalty and trust
- Manage Accounts: Serve as the key point of contact for returning clients, partners, and high-touch event projects
- Promote the Brand: Represent Trend Event Collections at industry events, tastemaker gatherings, and networking opportunities
- Elevate Every Detail: Ensure quotes, contracts, and rental documents are accurate and styled with care—because presentation is everything
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in event rentals, hospitality, or sales (design-focused roles a plus)
- Passion for aesthetics, trends, and creating beautiful experiences
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask with grace and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of CRM and POS systems
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to elevating both team culture and client experience
