What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering an Outstanding Client Experience: Engage with clients in our showroom, by phone, and through follow-up to guide them through their appliance purchase journey.
  • Becoming a Trusted Advisor: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions with full training provided.
  • Achieving Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while focusing on service excellence.
  • Building Relationships: Establish long-term connections within the kitchen design, builder, and contractor communities.
  • Owning the Process: Manage the full client journey from initial greeting to post-sale follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Energy and Drive: Motivated to achieve sales goals and maximize earnings.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Managing multiple clients effectively.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Training provided for appliance knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay Range: $50,000 – $100,000+ per year (Base + Commission)
  • 401k with company match up to 3%
