Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system. With over 520 store locations and more than 35 years in business, we are USA family owned and committed to quality sleep and exceptional service.

You will sell premium mattresses, provide education, operate tablets and POS, and help customers load purchases while maintaining a welcoming showroom.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMatch system and provide product education.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help customers select the right solutions.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles and maintain showroom.
• Utilize tablets and POS to complete transactions and upsell where appropriate.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
