Ed Morse Automotive Group in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeks a Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. With 80+ years of experience and 60+ locations across several states, we offer a family-oriented environment that values growth and success.

You will engage customers, present vehicle options, and guide them through the sale process. You should have prior sales experience, excellent communication, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must have previous sales experience.
• Steady work history and strong desire to succeed.
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow through skills.
• A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Successful completion of a background and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
• Gain a working knowledge of the product line.
• Attend training offered by the Ed Morse Automotive Group.
• Complete all sales related paperwork following the Steps to the Sale.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with customers to find avehicle to fit their specific wants and needs.


• Prospect and contact potential customers


• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline


• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints


• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments


• Gain a working knowledge of theproduct line


• Attend training offered by theEd Morse Automotive Group


• The professional completion of all sales related paperwork


• Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
