Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to identify their vehicle needs.

  • Work with financing team to secure customer deals.
  • Market through social media and networking.
  • Attend sales meetings to set and meet goals.
  • Availability on Saturdays is required.

Job Summary: Seeking dynamic, outgoing, and results-oriented individuals to join our sales team! Our loyal customer base, outstanding new and pre-owned inventory, and award-winning customer service teams help you to reach your individual goals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Interact with customers in the dealership setting; listening as they communicate their needs and desires for their next new or used vehicle and assisting them in finding what’s right for them.
  • Work alongside our financing team, facilitating communication, protecting customers’ private information and obtaining the information necessary to create the deal.
  • Market yourself via word-of-mouth, social media, and networking connections.
  • Attend sales meetings, set goals and actively work the sales process to meet them.
  • This position involves actively seeking out customers and walking them through each step of the buying process. It is not a boring desk job!
  • Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Outgoing personality, willingness to engage with new people in a friendly, courteous fashion
  2. Integrity is key; must be honest, dependable, and prepared to follow all federal, state and local laws and regulations relating to automobile sales.
  3. A current, valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are strongly preferred.
  4. Prior sales experience of at least 1 year,preferably in automotive sales.
  5. Bilingual a plus!
