Living Gems Group is seeking a positive Sales Consultant at Harris Crossing in Queensland. You will be the go-to person for our over-50s clients, guiding them to a lifestyle where every day feels like a luxury holiday. No cold calls; leads provided; commission-based rewards.

Join a family‑owned business with 40+ years in land lease living. Full-time role with base salary plus commission, and a supportive team culture that rewards relationship-building and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with confident communication.
• Comfortable talking to people on the phone and face-to-face.
• Able to handle rejection and push for closing deals.
• Excellent relationship-building with new customers.
• Detail-oriented but not bogged down by it.
• Comfortable speaking with tradespeople and clients.
• Able to provide feedback to head office.

• Building relationships with the construction crew so you can update your contract holders.
• Managing contracts, tracking variations, and keeping the backend tidy.
• Able to share the workload on Saturdays (and having Monday off of course!).

Living Gems are on the hunt for a positive and confident individual to join our team at Harris Crossing as a Sales Consultant.

You’ll be the go‑to person and trusted advisor for our over-50s clients, helping them discover their dream lifestyle where every day feels like a luxury holiday. High spec homes and 5-star community facilities, nestled within a secure and gated community – the product almost sells itself!

A day in the life might look like...

• Reviewing your prequalified pipeline - focus your energy on warm and hot leads
• Guiding future homeowners through their journey with understanding and confidence
• Updating the CRM and staying ahead of the game - no detail slips past you
• Building relationships with the construction crew so you can update your contract holders
• Managing contracts, tracking variations, and keeping the backend tidy
