Under general supervision, designs, develops, implements, and maintains innovative and replicable programs and procedures supporting FedEx sales, senior leadership, and customers, creating value and effective strategies for FedEx. Requires the application of specialized/technical skill sets relevant to the role and department objectives.
Essential Functions
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years of experience in designing, maintaining, and/or implementing solutions to complex business situations or one (1) year in the Solutions Foundations program. Experience should be specifically related to the department's specialty.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in designing, implementing, and administering sales incentive programs. Ability to analyze plan effectiveness, provide recommendations, and ensure compliance. Partnering with sales leadership is preferred. Responsible for communicating sales compensation plans and policies to stakeholders, providing training and support, and addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Pay Transparency
This compensation range is an estimate of the current starting salary for this role across potential locations. If multiple job levels are involved, the range covers from the lowest to the highest level. Actual starting pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. The company offers health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay
U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month
Additional Details
This position may be located anywhere within the US, excluding AK, HI, and US territories. Depending on location, occasional work at a FedEx Campus may be required. Apply by 5/14 at 5 pm Central.
