This role will work to align Sales team incentives with company strategy, ensure efficiency and clarity in sales compensation processes, and support the Sales team through issue resolution.

We ensure fair and equitable pay practices. The total annual compensation ranges from $150,000 to $170,000, including base salary and variable pay, depending on location and experience.
