IDC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Compensation Manager to be an integral part of our team, responsible for continuously improving our existing Sales Incentive and Compensation strategy & process. This role will work to align Sales team incentives with company strategy, ensure efficiency and clarity in sales compensation processes, and support the Sales team through issue resolution.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute compensation plans aligned with sales objectives and growth targets, collaborating with leadership.
  2. Coordinate with Finance and stakeholders on sales compensation plan administration, ensuring accurate payouts and clear policies.
  3. Use data insights to refine models, analyze metrics, and report trends to senior management.
  4. Communicate plans and changes effectively to the sales team and stakeholders.
  5. Work with sales leadership to forecast and plan for revenue and sales targets.
  6. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales Operations, IT, and data teams to ensure technology alignment and integration.
Qualifications:
  1. 4-6 years in GTM Operations: Sales Compensation, Financial Analysis, or Sales Strategy.
  2. BS degree in business or finance preferred.
  3. Proven experience in Sales Compensation design and process improvement.
  4. Knowledge of sales compensation plan components and structures.
  5. Experience with tools like Xactly, Salesforce SPIFF, or similar.
  6. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  7. Excel proficiency; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  8. Understanding of Salesforce data structures and GTM systems.
  9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  10. Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple projects efficiently.
  11. Attention to detail and an enthusiastic, self-driven attitude.

We ensure fair and equitable pay practices. The total annual compensation ranges from $150,000 to $170,000, including base salary and variable pay, depending on location and experience.
