Job summary

LogicMonitor is seeking a Sales Compensation Manager to lead daily compensation operations, including monthly and quarterly calculations, validations, reconciliations, accruals, and payout preparation. You will drive program design, maintain dashboards, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and reporting layers through cross-functional partnerships.

  • Manage Incentive Compensation Management platform updates.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Finance, and Systems.
  • Resolve inquiries and disputes from comp plan participants.

This is a hands‑on execution and operational ownership role. The Sales Compensation Manager directly co‑own the day‑to‑day administration and execution of LogicMonitor's global sales compensation programs, including commission processing, reconciliations, system administration, issue resolution, reporting, controls and close activities along with the Sales Compensation Admin Manager. The role participates in compensation strategy, planning, sales leadership discussions and escalations; however, these activities are secondary to successful operational execution.

Here’s a closer look at this key role:
  • Key member of the design, rollout, and ongoing administration of sales compensation programs, including quota and territory alignment, crediting rules, plan documentation, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvements
  • Own and manage daily sales commission operations, including monthly and quarterly calculations, validations, reconciliations, accruals, reporting, audit support, and payout preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain and update dashboards, reporting, and analytical models to track quota attainment, commission payouts, performance trends, and scenario modeling to support incentive strategy and plan updates
  • Maintain & update LogicMonitor’s Incentive Compensation Management platform, including compensation plan configuration, calculation logic, reporting automation, user access, and user acceptance testing for new plans and system enhancements
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Systems to ensure data integrity across Salesforce, compensation tools, and reporting layers, and to support close and governance processes
  • Own and complete timely resolution of inquiries and disputes from comp plan participants
What You’ll Need:
  • 6+ years of progressive responsibility and experience in sales compensation program support and administration
  • Highly familiar with working with sales compensation administration tools like Xactly, Callidus, Performio, etc.
  • Experience in analyzing processes and finding automation opportunities
  • Advanced analytical skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills; can establish credibility, build consensus, and partner cross‑functionally without direct authority
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Expertise, or experience, with Xactly is a plus
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem‑solving
Work Authorization:

The Base Salary range for this role is::$114,765 USD - $143,430 USD
