Job summary

SecurityScorecard seeks a Compensation Analyst, Revenue Operations to own commissions administration, incentive plans, and data validation. You will partner with HR and Sales Operations to ensure accurate calculations and timely payments.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in sales compensation, strong Excel, and experience with CaptivateIQ, Salesforce.com, Spiff, and Docusign.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years in sales compensation administration.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.
• Experience with cloud-based incentive platforms (e.g., CaptivateIQ).

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day commissions operations and expense accruals.
• Set up and maintain compensation plans, track acceptance, and validate data.
• Process variable compensation payments including bonuses and SPIFFs.
• Test commission systems and coordinate with HR and Sales Operations.
• Support ad hoc data gathering, reporting, and analysis.
