SecurityScorecard is seeking a Compensation Analyst, Revenue Operations to join our SSC Sales Compensation team. You will be responsible for the tactical administration of commissions, plan setup, and ensuring timely distribution across the organization.

The role requires detail orientation, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR, Sales Ops, and management. This fast-growing, pre-IPO company offers competitive compensation and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in sales compensation administration.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with cloud-based incentive tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day commissions operations.
• Manage compensation plans setup and distribution.
• Administer variable compensation payments and terms.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with policy.
• Configure testing of commission systems.
• Collaborate with HR and Sales Operations on data changes.
• Assist with ad hoc data gathering and reporting.
