Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Client Data & Insights Manager based in the United States (Nebraska Omaha area) to maximize Sales Cloud value. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to ensure data quality, strong user adoption, and effective reporting across HDR’s enterprise.

You will design dashboards, enable training programs, and drive continuous improvements using AI, automation, and BI best practices to enhance decision-making and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years experience supporting marketing technology, CRM platforms, business systems, marketing operations, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience improving organizational adoption of enterprise platforms through training, communication, and change management.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and business intelligence using marketing or business systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• System Optimization: Serve as the enterprise business partner for Sales Cloud CRM, ensuring it supports business development, marketing, and operations.
• User Adoption, Training & Enablement: Build relationships to improve system effectiveness and promote adoption.
• Data Quality + Governance: Establish standards for accurate, complete, and consistent data; monitor quality and address gaps.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visuals for insights and decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay informed on AI, automation, and best practices; identify efficiency improvements.
