Job summary

HDR is seeking a Client Data & Insights Manager to partner with Sales Cloud CRM across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Leadership. You will ensure high-quality data, drive user adoption, and deliver actionable reporting to improve pursuit strategies and efficiency.

The role focuses on optimizing CRM, governance, BI insights, and continuous improvement through automation and technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience in marketing tech/CRM.
• Experience improving organizational adoption through training and change management.
• Proven ability to design dashboards and BI reports for business teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as enterprise business partner for Sales Cloud CRM to support BD, marketing and ops.
• Evaluate workflows, recommend improvements, and drive process simplifications.
• Lead data quality governance, audits, and integrity improvements.
• Design and maintain dashboards/reports to inform decision-making.
• Pursue continuous improvement with AI/automation opportunities.
