Job summary

HDR is seeking a Client Data & Insights Manager to optimize Sales Cloud CRM, improve data quality, and deliver actionable BI insights across marketing, sales, and operations. You will lead training, governance, and reporting initiatives to drive better decision‑making and customer experiences.

You will partner with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Technology, and leadership to transform CRM into a trusted, enterprise-wide tool and to support ongoing process improvements across HDR's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/technical field required.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, CRM, or marketing operations.
• Experience improving enterprise platform adoption through training and change management.
• Experience building dashboards and BI reports for business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise partner for Sales Cloud CRM, aligning it with sales, marketing, and operations objectives.
• Evaluate workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Partner with Technology and vendors for CRM configuration, enhancements, and testing.
• Design, deliver, and manage training and user resources to enable adoption.
• Design dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of CRM across the organization.
