BrandRep in Irvine, CA is hiring a Full Time Sales Closer to join our fast-paced call center. You will receive pre-qualified leads from front-end agents and secure the deal while meeting quotas in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing deals.
• Prior telephone sales or in person sales experience.
• Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software.
• Have a stamina and hunter mentality with key decision making.
• Ability to multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency.
• Thrive within a fast-paced outbound sales call environment.
• Persistent, won’t take 'no' for an answer attitude.
• Open to coaching and training in order to increase sales performance.
• Unstoppable attitude and possess a high need for competition and achievement.
• Well organized and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• This is a Sales Closer position; all calls will be transferred to you by our front-end sales agents.
• Act as "Sales Advisor" and apply discounts/promotions in order to close the deal.
• Enrollment of clients that seek our digital marketing products and services.
• Accomplishing KPIs including daily targeted phone calls, transfers and closed deals at a minimum 25% close rate.
• Accurately document client information into proprietary operating systems.
• Handle client concerns with full resolution and follow up.
