Sales, Client Executive - Government Enterprise (Field-Based, East Coast)

Job Description

Work with the Philips Enterprise Government Team to enable advanced solutions that provide cutting-edge capabilities and recurring efficiencies to the Veterans Administration. We offer healthcare solutions for imaging systems, monitoring critical patient data, and supporting chronically ill patients in their homes. Philips aims to honor veterans with skilled, compassionate healthcare. Our goal is to provide integrated care across Veterans Integrated Services Networks (VISNs), ensuring our customers do not have to compromise.

Your role:
  1. Attain assigned revenue targets and coordinate customer interactions and strategies within designated government facilities.
  2. Educate sales teams on trends, policies within government facilities, contract compliance, and manage funnel data and forecasting in assigned accounts.
  3. Develop customer relationships in assigned accounts to meet revenue goals.
  4. Spend up to 60% of your time in the field.
You're the right fit if:
  • You have 5+ years of healthcare sales experience, with government experience preferred.
  • You possess proven strategic and tactical business judgment skills and strong clinical/technical product knowledge.
  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree; an MBA is preferred.
  • You can perform the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this sales position, with or without accommodations.
  • You are a strong relationship builder and can find creative solutions to customer and sales issues.
How we work together

We believe in collaboration. Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities. Field roles are primarily outside of main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total target earnings include base salary plus target incentives. At 85-120% performance, earnings range from $222,750 to $263,000 annually, plus company vehicle. Total compensation varies with performance.

Our compensation package also includes PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more. Benefits details can be found here.

Additional Information

US work authorization is required. Sponsorship is not available for this role. Relocation benefits are not provided; candidates must reside within commuting distance of the East Coast, USA.
