The BPO Sales Senior Manager/Associate Director manages opportunities from sales pursuit to close, using deep sales process and offering expertise. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients to protect and grow the business. Act as the point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally. Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing solutions to complex business problems within areas of responsibility, requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  2. Setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals.
  3. Interacting with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, involving negotiation and influence.
  4. Having latitude in decision-making and approach determination for critical assignments.
  5. Managing large teams or work efforts, if in an individual contributor role.
  6. Participating in origination and building a pipeline by originating opportunities, qualifying, and submitting bids.
  7. Originate and sell deals typically greater than $10M, often cross-client and cross-service groups.
  8. Travel up to 50% as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of sales/support experience in professional services/consulting/BPO deals in Finance and Accounting.
  • Minimum of 6 years of Sales Pursuit Management experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of Client Relationship and/or delivery experience.

Preferred Qualifications include experience within large, matrixed companies, with C-Level relationship building, and industry-specific knowledge. Professional skills include leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and integrity.
