Job description

Under the responsibility of the Commercial Director, you participate in the definition and implementation of the commercial strategy to achieve the objectives of taking orders and developing the company with the accounts acquired and to be acquired.

What are you going to do?

Your main missions will be:

  1. Meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability, new customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction goals in assigned region.
  2. Identify and pursue business opportunities within the Maritime world, specifically focusing on surface and subsea solutions.
  3. Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales process through closure of the sale and service.
  4. Make presentations, prepare proposals, conduct negotiations regarding pricing and terms.
  5. Assist customers with their surface and subsea solutions, ensuring Exail solutions are planned and managed within their project objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  6. Be accountable for your sales target and overachieve on that sales target.
  7. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales goals and strategies for your assigned markets and forecasts.
  8. Conduct market research to identify new potential customers, understand their needs, and assess market trends and competition.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams within the Exail group, including engineering, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  10. Participate and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and product demonstrations.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Location: Lincoln, RI - Denver, CO (or remote from US-based home office to be discussed)
