Everett and Associates seeks motivated sales professionals to join our benefits sales team in the Van Buren area. You will meet with individuals, families, and businesses to assess needs and present insurance and benefits options designed to protect their financial futures.

Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required, as training and resources are provided to help you succeed. No prior sales experience is required; we provide training.

Compensation and growth

This is a commission-only sales position with average first-year earnings of $65,000+ and uncapped earning potential based on performance. Training and professional development are provided, with opportunities for advancement based on performance. State and federal laws require licensing to sell certain insurance products, and candidates must be willing and able to obtain the appropriate license.

Work location

In person: This is a locally based role that includes working with your team in the office as well as field-based sales, meeting with clients and businesses throughout the surrounding area. Reliable transportation is required.
