Everett and Associates is seeking motivated benefits sales representatives to join our local team in Texas. You will work with individuals, families, and businesses to assess needs and present insurance and benefits solutions that protect their financial futures.

Experience is welcome but not required; we provide training, licensing support, and a clear path to uncapped earnings through commission-based pay and performance-based advancement.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain and maintain state licensing to sell insurance products.
• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

You'll work directly with individuals, families, and/or businesses to understand their needs and provide insurance and benefits solutions designed to help protect their financial futures. This is a hands-on sales opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with a team, and developing professionally in a local environment.

Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required. We provide training and resources to help the right candidates develop the skills needed to succeed.

Principal duties and responsibilities

Compensation and growth

This is a commission-only sales position with average first-year earnings of $65,000+ and uncapped earning potential based on performance. Training and professional development are provided, with opportunities for advancement based on performance. State and federal laws require licensing to sell certain insurance products, and candidates must be willing and able to obtain the appropriate license.

Work location

In person: This is a locally based role that includes working with your team in the office as well as field-based sales, meeting with clients and businesses throughout the surrounding area. Reliable transportation is required.
