McDonough Hyundai is seeking a BDC Customer Care Specialist to enhance customer interactions and coordinate sales leads. The successful candidate will engage with customers, track leads using CRM, and contribute to team success, benefiting from various employee programs. This position offers a competitive hourly base plus commission, fostering both individual performance and teamwork.
The BDC Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential sales leads, booking appointments for the showroom, and acting as the first point of contact for customers.
This Position is an Hourly Base + Commission, monthly commission earnings $1,500-$2,000!
