• Automotive Sales Consultants / Salespersons: Frontline positions focused on customer greeting, vehicle presentations, test drives, and relationship management. Compensation structures typically feature high earning potential via volume/gross-profit bonuses ($60k – $150k+ target ranges depending on experience and location).
• Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Specialists: Focused on managing inbound internet/phone leads, scheduling showroom appointments, and handling digital customer inquiries. ($75k – $95k range depending on experience and location).
