Job summary

BMW of Pittsburgh and MINI of Pittsburgh are seeking a Sales BDC Representative to be the first voice customers hear. You’ll respond to internet leads, schedule showings, and keep the pipeline full in partnership with showroom teams.

No automotive experience required; if you’re organized, competitive, and comfortable on the phone, we’ll train you. This in-dealership full-time role offers paid training, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong phone presence and clear, professional written communication.
• Comfort working with a CRM and multiple software tools at once.
• Self-motivation and follow-through; follow-up tasks nobody else has time for.
• Reliability and consistency; our customers expect a response, not a callback later.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and text inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Set and confirm sales appointments for showroom teams.
• Follow up with unsold customers, past clients, and lease-end owners to keep the pipeline full.
• Manage daily task list in our CRM and keep every record accurate and up to date.
• Handle inbound sales calls, answer basic vehicle and availability questions, and route customers to the right person.
• Hit daily and monthly targets for calls, appointments set, and appointments shown.
• Work alongside the sales floor and management to ensure no customer falls through the cracks.

Are you the person who actually enjoys picking up the phone?

BMW of Pittsburgh and MINI of Pittsburgh are looking for a Sales BDC Representative to join our Business Development Center. This is the front door of our dealership — you're the first voice and first message a customer gets, and you set the tone for everything that follows.

No automotive experience required. If you're organized, competitive, and comfortable talking to people all day, we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do

• Set and confirm sales appointments for our showroom teams
• Follow up with unsold customers, past clients, and lease-end owners to keep the pipeline full

Schedule

Full-time, in-dealership at our Baum Boulevard location. Includes rotating Saturdays. This is not a remote position.
