Position Purpose: Responsible for providing auditing and tracking support to the Medicare Sales Leadership Team. This includes the oversight and responsibility of auditing all member, prospective member and agent interactions with the call center staff.
Required: A High School or GED
Preferred: A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Required: 2+ years of experience in a call center
Other: Knowledge of customer service expectations related to quality and service
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations: Auditor must obtain their Medicare producers license within 90 days of employment.
Pay Range: $22.79 - $38.84 per hour
