What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute assigned social compliance audits for clients, primarily in the US, with approximately 14 billable days per month
- Prepare complete, accurate, and timely audit reports for submission to the employer’s ARCC
- Provide technical input and perspective to develop operating procedures and methodologies for audit service delivery
- Deliver customer support as the audit service stream program manager for selected large global accounts
- Support the training and development of junior auditors while participating in audits as a team member

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field of study
- Minimum 5 years' experience in professional services and/or auditing
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing teams of professionals
- APSCA CSCA certification
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Significant knowledge of audit subject matter, particularly social audits and service delivery methodologies for audit services
- General knowledge of risk management, auditing, and process management consulting concepts
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including professional English presentation
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with peers
- Highly developed organizational and interpersonal skills
