Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in accounting preferred.
• Experience with accounting processes and banking procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate and balance store level sales audit, balance bankcards and electronic checks, and ecommerce gift card fulfillment.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and conduct bank statement reconciliations for assigned stores.
• Coordinate with management on issues and assist with new system implementations.
• Enter monthly journal entries and support department financial activities.
