Role Description

The Sales Attendant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeffersonville, IN. This role is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions about flavors and products, and guiding guests through their purchase decisions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and packaging popcorn, operating the cash register, handling cash and electronic payments, and keeping displays stocked and visually appealing. The Sales Attendant also maintains cleanliness in the store, follows food safety and hygiene standards, and assists with inventory checks and restocking. This position works closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a consistently positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and basic sales skills, including the ability to engage customers, listen actively, and make product recommendations.
• Point-of-sale, cash handling, and basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
