Smoke District Las Vegas is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our Las Vegas team. You will engage customers, recommend products, close sales, and provide a welcoming shopping experience across our stores.

The role requires 21+ age, strong sales and customer service skills, flexibility to work across multiple locations, and the ability to meet sales targets. Training and advancement opportunities are offered, along with competitive hourly pay, tips, and potential commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong sales and customer engagement skills.
• Willing to work at all Las Vegas Smoke District locations.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Cigar/tobacco knowledge a plus.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.

Smoke District – Retail Sales Associate

Smoke District is looking for confident, motivated, and sales-driven individuals to join our growing Las Vegas team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Actively engage customers, recommend products, and close sales
• Meet individual and store sales goals
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
• Assist customers with cigars, tobacco products, accessories, and other merchandise
• Process transactions accurately through the POS system
• Verify identification and strictly follow all 21+ age requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory
• Follow all company procedures and applicable tobacco regulations

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be strong in sales and comfortable approaching and engaging customers
• Must be goal-oriented and motivated to meet sales targets
• Must be able and willing to work at all Smoke District locations throughout Las Vegas as scheduled
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Cigar and tobacco product knowledge is a plus
• Nevada Sheriff Work Card is a plus
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
