Job summary

KidsUnited in Gilbert and Chandler, AZ is looking for an energetic Sales Associate who loves connecting with people and helping families discover our youth soccer programs. As the first point of contact, you'll welcome prospective and current members, convert leads to memberships, meet monthly goals, and maintain accurate records in our CRM while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, membership, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in fitness, sports, recreation, or family-focused environment is a plus.
• Experience working with children or families is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective and current members with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Convert leads into memberships through phone calls, tours, follow-up, and relationship building.
• Meet and exceed monthly membership and sales goals.
• Conduct timely follow-up with prospective families using our CRM system.
• Build relationships with local schools, preschools, businesses, and community partners to generate referrals.
• Assist with member check-in and provide exceptional customer service during daily operations.
• Process memberships, retail purchases, and payments accurately.
• Promote and sell birthday party packages and special events.
• Maintain accurate records and customer communications within our CRM.
• Support club events, marketing initiatives, and community outreach.
• Work closely with the leadership team to deliver an outstanding member experience.

What You'll Do
